Charging and control for optimizing the efficiency of batteries
GOT designed a process which analyses the battery state, thanks to a hardware and software technology with a constant monitoring of the battery performances. This process allows an automatic system reprogramming and proceeds with the management of the most suitable profile to improve the battery performances. Your batteries, used in industrial and civil sectors, from now on, can rely on a qualified service for a correct, scheduled maintenance.

The additive which protects your battery and counteracts its ageing
One of the major efficiency loos factor of batteries is the plates sulphation, a process linked to the creation of crystals of lead sulphate (PbSO4), in a stable form and difficult to remove. This process causes a resistance to the conduct of the electrical chargers and, therefore, a capacity and battery life loss.
LQ1 is a new formula designed to obtain a liquid with the skills to melt the sulphate that is created inside the battery and to revert it to the liquid state. LQ1 allows to improve the battery performances and to prolonge the battery life.
Desulphation: principles
The first principle for performing the desulphation is the transfer of the ions SO4 through passage of current and the development of thermal spots. The second principle acts through the dissolution via chemicals. Liquid LQ1, with DP1 discharger and the CH1charger, allows the best efficiency of charging process
Desulphation and the regeneration of your battery
The lead amorphous sulphate becomes a crystal aggregate which bonds on the lead plates of the battery. This causes a reduction of the active material surface and it causes the gradual loss of battery capacity. Performing charging and discharging cycles, helped by the additive LQ1, the removing of sulphurous crystals of the plates is obtained..
